About Our Events

Friends of Gold Butte hosts events throughout our active season, September through April. This includes guided hikes to sites like Whitney Pocket and Little Finland, monthly presentations in our Speaker Series at the Mesquite Community Theatre, trash pickup and stewardship days, and special celebrations like our anniversary event. Most hikes meet at the kiosk at the junction of Highway 170 and Gold Butte Rd.
