We’re having another Paint Night! Get ready for something a little different…. You will create this cute Highland Cow on a piece of rustic wood, as well as have a chance to visit with others and have a glass of wine.

Our guest artist is Holly McAnlis, who specializes in creating one-of-a-kind pieces from castoffs. She operates an online business, “Holly’s Hobbies 10X” and in which she creates custom art out of old furniture, feathers, scraps of wood or metal and fabric. We will join Holly in her South Dakota studio via Zoom and she will guide us through the steps needed to finish this adorable piece. Everything is included; paint, weathered wood and jute for hanging.

This event will take place at the Friends of Gold Butte visitor center, 12 W. Mesquite Blvd, Suite 106. We will supply snacks, wine and soft drinks, and all painting supplies. If you think you may get messy, bring an apron or old shirt to wear over your clothing.

This is a fundraiser for Friends of Gold Butte, so come and enjoy an evening of fun and creativity, while helping support our good work! All proceeds go to FoGB for operational costs, to enable us to continue our stewardship and educational activities.
